Available Services in Rose Township


Police – Call 911. 
Police services are provided by the Michigan State Police.  Non-emergency number is 248-634-4882.  Concerns about dogs, dumping, junk cars, etc. should be directed to the constable 248-634-8737.
 
Fire and Emergency Medical – call 911.  Services are provided by the North Oakland Fire Authority (NOCFA) funded by Rose Township and Holly Township.  NOFCA is a fully licensed Advanced Life Support Agency.
 
Passports, Notary Public, Dog License, Life Signs, park permits, and cemetery burial spaces are available through the Treasurer's office.
 
Recycling - First Saturday of each month from 9:00 A.M. to 12 Noon at the Rose Center Park, 280 Rose Center Road.  There is no charge for this service.
 
Trash Pick-up – is not provided by the township.  Residents are responsible for disposing of trash properly.  There are a number of private contractors who provide trash pick-up in the area.
 
Open Burning – A permit is required for open burning and is available at no cost by calling 248-634-2620.
 
Library services are available to Rose Township residents at the Holly Township Library.
 

Road and streets are owned and maintained by RCOC 248-858-4804

 

Senior Citizens are served by The Village of Holly Woodlands, 3325 Grange Hall Road, 248-634-0592
Senior Nutrition Program at The Village of Holly Woodlands - Monday through Friday 12:00 noon, daily lunches $3.00. 
Call 248-328-0344 a day ahead for lunches.

 

Holly Area Youth Assistance (HAYA) is available through the Holly School District.
